Be in the Word. It is our desire to spark students' curiosity and their hunger for knowledge and wisdom through high engagement and deep reflection while searching to understand the mystery of God. Our hope is for students to continue studying God's Word and about the world indefinitely.

Be Like Jesus. Servant Leadership emphasizes morality and integrity and seeks to support emotional, relational, and ethical growth in our students. Servant leaders are future-oriented and consider the long-term consequences of their decisions and actions. It is our desire to build leadership skills in our students and to grow our students' hearts to serve others, their community, their nation, and their world with humility, compassion, and dignity. Each week a time is reserved to build leadership skills and commit to serving others through service projects.

Praise God and Pray Constantly. It is our desire that each student has a personal relationship with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Students start their day in their classrooms with daily devotions and have chapel once a week for 30 minutes. Parents, grand-parents, clergy, donors, and volunteers are welcome to join.

Be a Steward. Stewardship is the act of managing God's resources faithfully and responsibly and caring for something on God's behalf. God's resources include: nature, our church, our relationships, our health, our school, our time, our talents, and our money. Our desire is for the students to become faithful, diligent, loyal, wise, and transparent stewards of the Lord.
