Hiring Process

Step 1: Submit application, resume, and cover letter.

Step 2: If selected, an interview and tour will be scheduled and references will be contacted. 

            The hiring committee may request a video or an observation of you teaching.

Step 3: Interviewees will be notified either with an offer, an arrangement for a second interview,

            or a no offer. If offered the position, the candidate will have five days to accept.

Step 4: Sign contract, Statement of Faith, Staff Commitment, and pass background check.

The school is guided by sincerely held religious beliefs that marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, that individuals should affirm their God-given biological sex at birth and refrain from any attempts to physically change, alter, or disagree with their biological sex at birth, and that God has ordained and created marriage to exist between one man and one woman, with absolute marital fidelity.
